[mems-talk] Electrodeposited photoresist

Good evening everyone.

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with electrodeposited 
photoresists.  I would prefer one that deposits at negative potentials. 
  PPG sells an electrodeposited photoresist they market as "cathodic" 
but actually requires positive potentials to deposit (Weird).  If 
anyone knows anything about these types of materials, I would greatly 
appreciate the advice.
