[mems-talk] For cost information of SPR 220 and metal etchant for wet etching

Dear All,

I tried to make a cost estimation of dry etching and wet etching. Any 
price information on large-volume photoresisits of SPR220 and S1813 
and etchants of copper, aluminium or stainless steel will be greatly 
appreciated. Is there any publication on cost analysis on wet 
etching? Thanks so much!
