[mems-talk] E-beam resist which can withstand HF attack?

Friends,

I am looking for positive, electron-beam resist with following peoperties:

1. good adhesion to Si
2. resist should not be etched/attacked by HF acid
3. resist should be able to give resolution of about 10-20 nm

Any suggestion is welcome.
