[mems-talk] Electrodepositin of Gold

I am going to do some electro deposition of gold but haven't done before. I wanted to use photo lithography and deposit seed crystals with ebeam and do electro deposition. Any one here know the vendor for bath solution. I guess most photo resist dissolve in some some bath. I would like to hear some vendors and process of electro deposition.
