[mems-talk] applying suction to 1um glass pipette

Hi all
 
I am working with glass micro pipettes. These pipettes have
1mm inside diameter in one end and 1micro meter at the other end. The pipette
is filled with solution 1 and it is dipped to the solution 2. Both the solution
has approximately the same surface tension. I have to pull out the solution from
the 1 micron end by applying suction. Does any body know how much suction is
necessary for pulling out the inside solution of the pipette?
