For introductory Electrostatics I'd highly recommend Berkeley Physics
Course Vol.2. For a graduate level treatment look at Classical
Electrodynamics by Jackson.

For electrostatic MEMS actuators do a Google search.

I'm looking for a good resource on electrostatics in general, and on
electrostatic actuation of MEMS devices in particular. Can any of you
recommend a website (other than Wikipedia - I've looked there already)
or
text/handbook that covers the subject in some detail?

Thanks,
Brian Stahl
