[mems-talk] Printer for transparency masks?

Hello,

        We have been using transparencies for almost 4 years now. We use
them for photolithography with SU8 2000 formulations and the
minimum feature we have fabricated was 10-15 microns (for
microfluidics). However, we do not have our own printer, we send
the autocad files to a company that prints them for ~70 USD per
sheet (you can fit 6 3in x 3in masks).
