Hi all, i need to realize X-ray topography on a silicon sample of approssimative size 2x20x0.5mm and on a germanium sample of size 2x70x0.5mm. I'm interested to know dislocation density on those crystals. Is there someone who could provide this service ? Many thanks, Andrea
