[mems-talk] Electrical modelling

Dear all,
 
I am currently working on MEMS switches and was wondering if there is any software (besides SPICE) that allows modelling of electrical output: S-parameters etc. for co-planar waveguides.
 
Is it possible to achieve these parameters with ANSYS?
Is there a common/known code that can be used with Matlab? 
 
I am particularly interested to know if it is possible to use ANSYS and Matlab to model electrical output because I have access to these two softwares.
