[mems-talk] diffusion constants in GaAs

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for the diffusion constants of gold in GaAs , Platinum in GaAs and Nickel in GaAs. I would greatly appreciate any guidance
towards papers or reference volumes that might include this information.

I have come up dry with a number of different references, including the
CRC Handbooks.
