I want to etch quartz. I tried but it seems the uneveness in the surface is more making it unviable for developing RF circuits. Can anyone suggest the optimum recipe for micromachining of quartz with good surface smoothness. Thanks in advance for the help. Regards, Kamaljeet Research Scholar, India
