[mems-talk] cytometer sheathed flow flow rate

Hi,

I'm building a cytometer out of PDMS. I was curious as how the flow
rate of the sheathed flow effects the flow of the particles being
measured. The objective is to have the particles flow single file. Is
there an optimal ratio of sample flow rate to sheathing flow rate? In
my situation the particle diameter is small compared to the
microchannel.

Any tips will help.
