Hi all, i'm looking for SOI wafers with 200nm device layer and 400nm box layer, or 150nm device layer 140nm box layer. For technical reasons i can accept only SIMOX wafers. As sources of SIMOX wafers i have found only SimGui. Are there other SIMOX suppliers ? Best regards, Andrea
