I am facing water leakage problem from the copper backing plate of the sputtering machines, I have tried to seal with many makes and brands of sealant, but does not works, can any advice me right sealant for sealing the water leakage ( it is for stop gap measure, till we get a new set of backing plates ) Regards Nataraj Santhanam
