I started using Zope but found it too unwieldy for my purposes. I found
Durus much more to my liking. I use only the web-server part plus the durus
database. All the rest I replaced with my own objects. I now have a small
web tool for tracking real-estate portfolios and associated information.  I
had an automated process execution environment running on my earlier version
and have still to recommission it following a major refactoring.
