Reading Durus code I find in "storage.py" the interface "Storage". That
interface defines "virtual" methods that must be implemented in "Storage
backends" implementations.

I miss there the method "new_oid". That method is necessary in any
storage backend but is not declared in the Interface defined.

Since the Interface is a documentation and implementation aid, I think
that "new_oid" should be added to the interface.
