Good point.

And, to give a hint to people choosing among PersistentDicts
and various degrees of BTrees, the probability for conflicts
among competing connections is reduced when the data is divided
among more, smaller, instances.  So, more concern about conflicts
would tend to make BTrees with lower degree more attractive.
