Amit, We are a possible source for your activity having some of the best technical representatives from the old Cronos days and one from Motorola. We may be able to fabricate precisely what you are looking for pricing similar to MUMPs die sites but without the hassle of waiting for the cycles, the added charges for release and sub-dicing and you might be able to get entire wafers rather than pieces. We could provide sub-dicing for you as well. Also, we could assist in design and process development if you would like without IP hassles etc. If you are interested please email me directly. I look forward to hearing from you soon. You can contact my US colleague Curtis or Nan ZHANG our VP Optical Business Unit. We manufacture 4"wafers based on SOI. Feel free to contact us at anytime and hopefully we will find a common interested field. Regards, Cedric.
