I am a very new comer in this list as well as in the field of MEMS. I've been
wrestling
with a question for couple of days. The question is:
Is it possible to make a microhole of a diameter of 1 um on a microlayer of a
thickness
of 5 um and control (increase or decrease) the diameter of the microhole by any
way
such as electric field, magnetic field, or heating  etc.? Any help would be
highly
appriciated.  Thanking you
