Galphade, Electroless plating is an electro-chemical reaction that only happen on a conductive surface. There are ways to deposit a thin layer of metal film on non-conductive surfaces buy immersing parts into solutions. You can find a lot information in some old books on plating. Good luck Z. I am able to do electroless plating of Cu on SiC but finding difficulty to electroless plating on SiO2 powder. Could you please help me in this regard. Thanking You. Galphade V.S.
