Dear Michael, i am using a hot plate and ramp up gradually from 65C to 95C.The problem though still persists:wrinkles forming as soon as the temperature starts ramping from 65C to 95C...could it happen if there is still solvent residue from the development phase of the first layer of 27 microns?what do you think?i really appreciate your help in this matter.thank you.
