Dear colleges
as being involved in the development of neutrons detectors, I would be
interested to test a surface barrier diode based on a boron crystal. I don't
know if this kind of diode exists, neither if there are any particular
difficulties to fabricate and to use it. I would greatly apreciate if you
could send me information related to boron crystals (adresses of suppliers),
and (or) to its applications.
