Hi Sameer, I can suggest you a few techniques to measure your deflection based on the number of molecules deposited. 1. Use can use AFM techniques to measure the deflection. This is one common technique. I believe you may need to make some modifications to the AFM setup to measure these changes. 2. If you have fabricated the cantilevers yourself try making piezoresistive cantilevers with a direct read out circuit. I have a few papers on this which may help you. The above techniques are not probabilistic the sensitivity in the above two cases is directly proportional to the number of molecules and it also depends on your design of the cantilevers. Regarding how to coat different cantilevers with different antibodies what you could possibly do is to mask but am not pretty sure. Can tell you about this in a week. Hope this helps.
