Hi
Can anybody help me get a proper immobilization
procedure for the following antigen antibody reaction
..
antibody : goat anti-mouse IgM
antigen - mouse IgM
pure gold surface used for immobilization .
Experiment is done using QCM technique
Does this antibody bind with pure gold surface ?
Is there any necessity of any kind of thiol or protein
to develope the antibody binding on the surface ?
I am looking forward for any type of suggestions on
this topic.
