Hey,

I am looking for a high-k dielectric material. It
turns out the PVDF is a good choice. Did anyone happen
to use the PVDF? Can anyone tell me the information of
the material? I hope to know where I can buy, what I
can get? Is that possible to use that as a
photoresist? I mean I want disolve it in solvent, and
bake or photocure to get several hundred A thick film.
