Because of the micromachining workshop (9/27-28), which a lot of you have
participated in, we have had no time to plan for the October meeting. We
therefore decided to cancel it and better prepare for the next one.

The topic for November's meeting (Monday 11/6) will be gyroscopes and it will
be hosted again by Caltech (right, Yu-Chong?). The speakers have not been set
yet, although I expect presenters from UCLA and JPL. If you are interested in
presenting your efforts please let me know via e-mail soon.

Agenda and directions will be e-mailed the week prior to the meeting, but
please mark your calendars now!
