We expose our PDMS to UV Ozone for five minutes. Immediately afterwords we press the PDMS to the coverslip. After letting it sit for 10 - 15 minutes, the PDMS will be bonded to the coverslip. The UV ozone cleaner is a UVOC cleaning system. I've heard that you can use a plasma cleaner too, but i have never used one.
