I am looking for a tilt sensor, required as a bare die, to meet the
following requirement:

Range           -       +/-60 degrees
Resolution      -       +/-1 degree
Size            -       <3mm square chip
Lifetime        -       5 years
Price           -       <£30 each at 1000 off

A few are required straight away for initial demonstrator purposes,
with the  first 1000 off needed by the end of April. Obviously an
off-the-shelf solution is needed.There are no restrictions on the
principle of operation.

Does anybody know of a suitable device?
