It may be useful to recall why the MEMS electronic bulletin board and MEMS
discussion group came to be. The bulletin board and discussion group are part
of the infrastructure activities to lower technical/informational barriers and
help people in industry, academia and government use and get involved in MEMS.

It's encouraging to see new and inexperienced people who are trying to get
involved in MEMS come to the bulletin board first. Asking ISI to filter these
messages in any way would be inappropriate.
