Dear MEMS community,

has anyone experience with ANSYS and simulation of nano-photonic
devices? I
was kind of surprised as I found out that it is not possible (using
standard
unit definition) to build-up models with dimensions in nanometer range.

I would appreciate any comments on simulating of scattering problems in
visible range on objects with wavelength-comparable dimensions.

Also, I would appreciate any recomendations on some FTDT simulation tool
providing some free-testing versions.
