Hello,

      I am a research assistant at the University of
Hawaii. For a project we need to etch 1 micron through
holes on a thin glass membrane. I came to know that
this could be done by electrochemical etching. Could
anyone tell me how exactly the electrochemical etch
can be done? If you know any alternative method please
let me know.

      Also let me know if you or someone else could do
the 1 micron through hole etching in a glass membrane.
