(e.g. UV wavelength and power, specialized equipment required, etc.) or

UV/Ozone clean for ~ 1min or so and immediately contact the PDMS and
glass. It's not a permanent bond (you can peel the PDMS off afterwards).

It will hold up to high pressures (as in a microfluid channel), but not
high shear stresses.
