Hi Mohammed,

The main approaches involve surface modification via adhesion promoters
(e.g. HMDS) or oxygen plasma treatment. You could try both: O2 treatment
followed by HMDS - remember to dry your wafer in a convection oven at 150
deg C prior to using HMDS.
