We are interested in sub-contracting the fabrication of micro-channels
etched in pyrex or quartz. The channels are 35 um deep (isotropic-ideally
semi-spherical), 70 um wide and 5 mm long. We would like an array of these
channels preferably on a 3 " wafer. Can anyone provide this service and can
we have some costs and time scales.
