Dear all,
can anyone tell if i there is any process in which slicon rubber can be
integrated with LTCC(LOW THERMAL COFIRED CERAMICS).We are trying to design
a microfluidic channel with a silicon rubber valve ., using LTCC and
silicon rubber.
