You should look into PMGI SF 19 from I believe Microchem. It is used for
microlenses as you can reflow it. I do not know exactly up till what
temp it's stable in air though as it is an organic material.

of my optical device applications. This material is required to have a
good heat resistance upto 250C and a good processability for spin
coating,
