I don't believe there is a UV problem.
We developed finger print ID devices that had a final coating of SU8 ,we
found no degradation during testing to my knowledge.

Does anyone know if SU-8 undergoes UV degradation during prolonged exposure
after crosslinking? Polymers generally exhibit such an effect but the same
may not be true for epoxy class polymers. Any information would be
