Molecular Probes (recently acquired by Invitrogen)
is the best resource for fluorescent dye information.
On their website, see "The Handbook".
This is an invaluable resource for anyone
working with fluorescently labeled compounds.
These handbook is in its 9th edition and is
exceptionally well referenced.
