Hi

I'm searching for a positive photoresist in which aliphatic hydrocarbons
are used (e.g. hexan or pentan).
I need this because I have a polycarbonate on which I want to bring
structures and this is only resistant against aliphatic hydrocarbons or
light acids.
Knows anybody such a resist or a supplier of this?
