Hello everybody,

I made a piezoelectric actuator using PZT thin film.

But because I used relatively thick solgel PZT layer (~500nm), the delamination
problem of the bottom electrode was happened.

Do you know any method for enhancing the adhesion of the bottom electrode? We're
using Pt/Ti 150nm/10nm bottoms.
