Hi all,

I'd like to preform what one would think is a fairly common task...  I
want to export the simulated deformed model from CoventorWare 2005 into
another software package for further analysis (e.g. HFSS for RF MEMS).
I've read and been verbally told that this can be done...

The issue is that I can only get the deformed structure as a 'mesh
model', but I can only export a 'solid model'.  I need to somehow
convert this mesh model to a solid model, but it seems that the only way
to generate a solid model is from the mask layout.  I've also
communicated with tech support and haven't had much luck.

Any insight?
