Measuring the contact angle of a drop of water will give you an idea of
whether you have clean glass (the water spreads)
or you have an organic coating (the water beads up).

I'm looking appropriate methods to analyse the surface conditions during
processing  of masks.
What I need to know: contaminations? Surface bonds? H2O content?

Which methods can you suggest?
