Hi!

  I know oxygen plasma change the Su-8 surface from hydrophobic to hydrophilic.
But is that means the surface of SU-8 chemically changed?
  As far as I know, the surface becomes hydrophobic again as time goes by.

  I need SU-8's hydrophobic surface but also I need to descum SU-8 from my
microchannel.
