Dear all,

    Does someone have experience to have good quality (No hole,
smooth) and vertical sidewall  around 4~5 um thinkness by using "
Negative photoresist", like SU-8 and NR9-3000P. I've done some tests
and resulted in getting zigzag even with holes sidewall. Thansk
