  I am Emmanuel Thangiah working as a Research Assistant at Biomedical
Engineering Department,University Malaya,Malaysia.

  Now I am in the Designod of an  Optical Pressure Sensor and Piezo pressuer
Sensor in MEMS,using Coventor Ware.

  Now I seek Your help for the material Database for the following Material

  1) PZT Pb(Zr,Ti)O3

  2) Any material used as a Diaphram.
  This diaphragm must be flexible for the pressure ( 5mmHg-50mmHg).
  Also this material must be BioCompactible,b'cos this material would be used
inside the blood flowing vessel.
