Hello, everyone!

      Is there any one who knows the  mechanisms or reasons that the surface
roughness of amorphous silicon is decreased with the phosphorus dose
(10%PH3/N2), and is increased with Ar dilution. In addition, Does the enhanced
ion bomenhanced result in a rough surface of films? Thanks a lot!
