There are actually two vendors for Stealth dicing. The other is Disco (

Hi,
Accretech (www.accretech.jp) is the the vendor of the Stealth dicing
equipment. Stealth dicing has some limitations about what's allowed in
the dicing lane and what's not as the lane must be IR transparent and
also the wafer bow must be within a certain limit.
