Try to use HMDS vapour as an adhesion promotor. Union Carbide has
although some Silane called adhesion promotors. They are in principle
Trimethylethocxy (or methoxy) derivates with a chain group which has a
functional groug. This group can be e.g. an epoxy (for adhesion
promotion in epoxies or an acryl group for you case.
