Hi everyone,

I am wondering if anybody knows easy ways to fabricate pdms wedge?
theoretically, the thickness varies proportionally with the position, we tried
to make the wedge between two glass slides, one of which is tilted and another
is put horizontally. but it turned out that the edge is not good enough for our
use. we are interested in the region where thickness lies between 0-2000 nm.
just like the gelatin wedge shown in fig.2 in the attached paper.
