Hello all,

Has anyone out there worked with and could recommend a foundry that is
able to work with a wafer coated with a thin silicone layer?  It would
need photoresist coated and patterned with a feature size about 150µm,
metallized, realigned and plated.  I suspect that adhesion to silicone
may be an issue, so if anyone has experience in this area, advice
would be appreciated.
